Should I.

As of the 1st of next month, I’ll be the only person at work, unless we get some fresh hires in.. And in that situation, I’ll have seniority.. 

I don’t really want the manager position, but it’s more money, and I’m really not wanting some new person coming in and attempt to tell me what to do/how to run the salon that I’ve been basically co-manager of for the past year now..

Should I take the management position at work?
