Is going to be the death of me, I swear.

Day 1 of this 8 day haircut-apalooza bullshit, and I’m already thinking of quitting. You would think that Regis would have learned their lesson, when they lost a fuck-ton of stylists, from this fucking event when they launched it LAST YEAR. But no. No. Not only are they doing it again. But they’ve reduced the price of the cut AND included a cut or blow-dry to the service.

What?! WHAT?!

I’m sorry. If someone wants a fucking $7.99 haircut [when it’s normally $15.50*shampoo included*], I’m not giving them a fucking shampoo or a blow dry as an option. Sorry, Regis. But you can go fuck yourselves on this one. Even if I do a blow dry, and then discount the amount off to make the service equal to the $7.99 cut, that’s still only $10 FOR A CUT AND BLOW DRY. WHEN THAT SERVICE ITSELF IS $18.50. Not. Worth. My. Time. 

I spent 9 hours at work today. And I did 4 clients. 4 clients.

My service totals for the day was $31 and some change. 31 fucking dollars. 

$7.99 x 4 = $31.96

compared to

$15.50 x 4 = $62

But no. Instead of being on comission, I’m now forced to work on an hourly basis. So, yeah - my check is going to fucking suck. Because guess what? $7.25/hr is not a viable pay, when someone has bills & financial obligations to meet.

I’m so fucking mad about this. You guys just don’t understand.
